These Terms govern your use of RingSafe Trust (the "Service") at trust.ringsafe.in. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
RingSafe Trust is a SaaS vendor risk management platform. We provide vendor inventory, security questionnaires, document storage, breach monitoring, risk scoring, and audit-pack export capabilities. Service capabilities depend on your subscription plan.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at trust@ringsafe.in.
3. Subscription & payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Refunds are available pro-rated for the unused portion of any prepaid month.
4. Customer Data
You retain all rights, title, and interest in the data you upload (vendor records, questionnaire responses, documents). We process this data solely to provide the Service. We do not access, share, or use your data for any other purpose, including not training AI models on it. The Data Processing Agreement at /dpa governs our processing.
5. Acceptable use
You may not (a) use the Service to harass, defame, or violate any third party's rights; (b) attempt to circumvent technical measures; (c) reverse-engineer the Service; (d) use the Service to send unsolicited marketing email under the guise of vendor questionnaires; (e) upload malware or illegal content; (f) resell the Service without our written agreement.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime on Starter and above plans (excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance). The Free plan is best-effort. Status: /security.
7. Termination
You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms with reasonable notice (immediate for security violations). On termination, you have 30 days of read-only access; data is hard-deleted thereafter.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including lost profits or data.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it satisfies any specific compliance obligation by itself. Our questionnaire templates, risk-scoring methodology, and audit-pack outputs are tools to support — not substitutes for — your own compliance judgment, legal counsel, and qualified auditor review.
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify us for third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
